Dear Parents:
Thank you for celebrating the Independence Day of Honduras with us. We really appreciate your support and the delicious food that you provided for the class.
Last week we finished our Shapes and Colors unit. This week we will start a mini unit about Teddy Bears. In this unit we will be reading about Teddy Bears and using teddy bears to learn all sorts of fun things. The children will have to sort bears by color and size. They will learn about real and unreal bears, also the children will make a stuffed bear with paper.
As a closing activity we want to have a “Teddy Bear’s Picnic.” Please send your child with a teddy bear on Friday, September 23.
Progress Reports will go home on Monday, Sep.19th. Please read the report and send it signed back to school. Please call if you feel that a conference is necessary.
