week your child will learn to identify left
and right. Learning to identify left
and right takes a lot of practice, Help cement the concepts in your child's brain with some practice,
practice, practice! Here are some activities and ideas to do at home:
When you put your
fingers together and touch your thumbs, your left hand makes an "L"
shape. Trace your left hand. Trace your right hand. Ask questions about location. Sing
the ¨Hokey Pokey ¨
On Friday October 19th we will have a Teddy Bear’s Picnic. Your
child may bring his/her teddy bear or any other stuffed animal to school.
Please send a snack to share with four students. If you send drinks please
provide plastic cups or individual juice boxes. Make sure to label the teddy
bear.
