WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 24-28

This week we are going to begin a new unit called ¨Our planet Earth¨ in this unit the students will learn science concepts such as day and night and the weather. We will learn facts about the sun, the moon and the stars.

In math, they will learn to compare and use the terms as many as, more than, and, less than.

In language arts the children will learn this rhyme about the sun, the moon, and, the stars.

Hello Sun

I see the sun and the sun sees me.

Hello to the sun and hello to me.

I see the moon and the moon sees me.

Hello to the moon and hello to me.

I see the stars and the stars see me.

Hello to the stars and hello to me.
